A senior placement service helps a family find and compare licensed assisted living, board-and-care, and memory care homes. Before you use one, it helps to know exactly how the service gets paid and what it can and cannot honestly promise you.
Who pays
Our service is free to families. When a family moves into a home we introduced, that home pays us a referral fee. You are never required to use any home we suggest.

What we can help with
We help families compare licensed assisted living, board-and-care and memory care homes — all licensed by the state as Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) — based on the family’s care needs, budget and preferred location, and connect them with homes that fit.
What Easy Care Finder cannot do
Here is what Easy Care Finder cannot honestly promise you:
- We cannot give medical advice.
- We cannot promise that a specific home will have an opening.
- We cannot rank homes by quality of care.
Questions to ask any placement service
These are worth asking before you use any placement service — including us:
- Is your service free to me, and if so, how are you paid?
- Do you get paid more for recommending certain homes over others?
- Will you show me every home that fits my needs, or only the ones that pay you a fee?
- Can you promise that a specific home will have an opening when I need it?
- Do you rank or rate homes by quality of care?
- Can you give me medical advice about my family member's condition?
- Will someone from your service tour the home with me, or am I on my own?
- What happens after move-in — do you still help, or is your job done?
